If I take off in second gear....can I shift it to OD while moving and mess anything up?

Has anyone else had trouble taking off on icy roads. I had some trouble getting traction this morning. I have new bfg a/t's. Should I put weight in the back? any suggestions would be appreciated. I didn't figure I would have any trouble on the ice in my ST.

I believe there are weights on the rims. it is an adrenaline. so it has the chrome rims on it. What do you mean by static balancing? What do you mean by cupping? This is the first vehicle I have owned with big tires and what not so that is why i am asking so many questions.

I am looking for the most comfortable ride and best performance I can get. I don't really know much about manual adjusting shocks, so I would probably leave them at one setting. I am not looking to spend a fortune.

Does anyone have these? If so, how did it effect the ride quality?

I do mostly on-road driving. I do go off road through the fields every once in a while when I go hunting. I have bfg a/t's for tires. how hard is it to put on the shocks and sway bar? I heard something about some of the shocks having multiple settings....is this true?

I know that 4hi can be engaged on the fly up to 45 mph and 4lo is engaged with the ST in neutral and foot on brake. Do you feel 4lo engage? What is the highest speeds you should not exceed while in 4hi or 4lo?
