Cracks in paint

I noticed that there is cracks in my paint along the channels by the roof racks. Tried to take photos but it wouldn't focus properly. On the front drivers side there is one crack about 4 inches long and looks like it may be starting to rust underneath. At different locations there are other small cracks in the paint.



Is this covered by the ESP? I can only foresee it getting worse due to the areas being water runoff channels. Any thoughts?

If the rust is causing the paint to crack and peel from underneath, you might have a claim. If it is just the paint, that a good ??

I have the same thing happening all over the hood of my truck but there is no rust
