Do not like it mine has had many problems; engine is noisy transmission shifts like crap. Mileage isn’t that bad (V-8). Mine vibrates and the brakes are poor. May have liked it better if dealer was not an idiot. Will not buy Ford again. If you want A Sport Trac get a 2005.

My 07 with Bamachips tunes does not pick up the throttle until it drops about five mph below the set speed also. Otherwisen I like the tunes. CLM:cool:

How does it draw heat from the engine bay when it is pulling air from the grille outside of the engine bay? Take the temp inside the stock air box or from the inlet in the grille.

I had a 01 Sport Trac now have a 07 both of them got the air for the engine from the grille. How is air in the fender well cooler than air from the grille? The stock intake system is a cold air intake. :blink:

Mine is difficult to close too. Passenger doors also don't fit well either. Bottoms stick out about a quarter of an inch. Dealer says no more adjustment on doors. Saw one at dealer that was at least a half inch off.

I have a 2007 ST and I very much regret trading in my 2001 ST. The rear air is weak in my ST also, just one of many problems with it. Good Luck

Well the ST is in the shop again, the check engine light and the little wrench symbol came on and truck would not change gears. Reverse and third gear was all it had. Took it to dealer and they said they had to keep it as problem was intermittent. Quality Job One.:(

Ford replaced my engine due to knocking and chirping noise. New engine sounds like a diesel but is not as loud as old one. It is the noisiest gasoline engine I have ever heard. Should have got the V-6 New engine also misfires and cuts off just like the old one did. :(

I always get it documented have enough now to invoke Lemon Law but would really rather have my ST fixed. I love how it rides and drives and looks just want an engine that runs correctly.
