I'm not buying this Bode Miller crap......

Sort of like getting on the cover of Sports Illustrated - the dreaded curse. :o Seems like whenever they do a segment highlighting an athelete, they almost always fumble.

Slightly OT but it's for the ST

Does anyone know where I can locate a floor-mounted high beam switch, like cars used to come with for years? I searched Google and JC Whitney , no luck. I'd prefer new, but if it works... We have no salvage yards anywhere around here. I think it will make the HID /...

    A/C wiring question

For all those electrical whizzes - 'O5 ST. HATE  that I have to have the A/C on with the bi-level, or partial defrost. Sometime I want it, sometimes I don't - wish that Ford had put a simple A/C switch in, which I want to do. Question is, can a switch be put in for the a/c...

    Towing at/over Capacity - Pic

My SSR's are the older Integrals I bought used. Staggered 8.5 and 9", but I upsize the tires to 245/40/18 front and 275/35 rears. Run GC camber plates, -3.5 left and -2.75 right, at RA. Get great wear, and the nice thing about the Hoosiers is that they are not directional, so you can reverse...

    Towing at/over Capacity - Pic

Let me know if you are interested in semi-used race tires. I have a guy I get my Hoosiers from - they use them for some test and tune sessions, and are essentially new with very little wear, for only $75 per. Do you have SMG on your M3? I'm on a new engine; they replaced it at 43,000ish...

    Towing at/over Capacity - Pic

Returning from Road Atlanta this weekend. Wet and heavy. Car is loaded up inside with equip, and including trailer and tires on rack we're over 5000 for sure. Bed of truck is full of more crap, and the back seats are filled with luggage. Ran 38 lbs rear tires. Have RoadMaster spring...

    "Wrong power steering fluid" ??

Also at the dealer, I tell them that when the truck is warmed up, at times making a hard, slow turn, the steering wheel shakes, as if the power steering were cutting in and out. They flushed the fluid and tell me they, "suspect the wrong fluid was used." How can this be? Truck is '05 with...

    Missing bolt from day one?!?

So I brought it in for 10K check, oil change (covered for life), and host of niggling little things. One of which has been an dull-annoying rattle/clunk somewhere in the rear suspension, not very loud. I originally thought it was the tonneau cover, then something in the spare tire, or from the...

Where should I mount my stock HU to give way for LCD screen?

Check my library to see how I did mine, although I used an aftermarket HU.

Uh oh! (Slightly OT but it has a Ford)

Probably the garage door panel(s) acted as a ramp of sorts. However, looking at the tail pipes on the Ford, they musta dragged on something to bend them up that way.

The truck. Look at the ceiling of the garage - you can see marks where the roof hit it.
