2007 ST Ordering Guide

I have not actually seen it written anywhere that it has rear disk brakes. I assume it will but will not be sure until I see it in the standard equipment list.

Like I said earlier, it's based on the '06 Explorer, which has four-wheel disc brakes. Why do you think that the ST wouldn't? It would be cost-prohibitive to go back to drums on a vehicle that shares the underpinnings with the Explorer. Also, I don't think you'll find any modern vehicle with Independent Rear Suspension that has drum brakes.
