I second @swshawaii. The first thing I did when I bought my trac before leaving the showroom was buy a 3rd key. They offered to program it for a "fee", I politely declined. Always have at least two extra programmed keys kicking around, it will save you down the road.

I'd recommend placing the ground wire out of the radio directly to the frame. The ground wire out of the radio is probably a little thicker than the ground in the factory harness. Better safe than sorry.

Sounds like something is up with the PATS bypass. Take it in to your dealer or the shop where you had it installed.

I love this one. The fingers are flexible so you can adjust them to fit your case size. It rests nicely in the holder. I used 3M Double sided tape so I didn't have to drill any holes and the flex neck is great for positioning it just right. Highly recommend it!

I believe with the Surge breaks there is a pin you have to manually insert near the tongue to prevent the trailer from sliding forward engaging the breaks when you backup. Could be wrong though.
