A test for the battery cables is to measure voltage from the positive post on the battery to the junction point near or at the fuse box. Try cranking the trac over, there should not be a voltage drop across that cable. My guess is your battery has a week cell.

It seems that the track wanders a bit with no change in steering position. Anyone have suggestions to check? I'm thinking tie rod ends, ball joints or am I in the weeds here? Trac has 110k, FWD. Thanks
